Ex bf, who left me bec I couldnt get out of the depression, waged an all out campaign to get me to take him back yesterday, saying I should have known he didnt really mean it when he did what he did. Trying to manipulate me and control me the way he always was able to in the past.
I was strong this time and used loving detachment.

He eventually started hinting he would commit suicide ( I know by now it is not for real, he has borderline pers. disorder).

I didnt want to get out of the house, didnt want to go anywhere, do anything because the depression was creeping back, but I did go out with my daughter for the day, then a friend in the evening, then we watched TV, and I eventually started laughing at a show. I have not laughed much in a while.

I found an incredible king size quilt at a thrift store, in excellent condition, that I could afford. It will change the look of the bedroom, help with always seeing the ex here with me, and the colors just make me happy.

So I am glad I got out of the house yesterday.
