Lamictal, generic name is lamotrigine. I've been on it for about a year with no noticeable side effects. Good for mood stabilizer and depression. (at least, that's what I used it for.)

Look for Lamictal or lamotrigine. There is lots of info out there, but don't be put off by potential side effects - most people do not experience too many side effects and it is a really helpful medication for a lot of people.

I have been on Lamictal for years now with no side effects. It has greatly helped my bipolar and depression. I use it in conjunction with two other medications: Abilify and Nortriptyline. With this cocktail, I have been largely free from delusions, have had only moderate mood swings, and am able to manage my depression as well. Good luck.

I take it too. Love it. A few bumps as you get started but after that no problems.

This is an aside, but in general spelling problems are corrected by search engines, so you can research your drugs even with a faint idea of how its name is spelled.

yes I know but at the time I wrote it I had such a migraine i am lucky I knew how to operate my computer let alone operate a search engine. I was hoping that someone would understand what I meant and take pity on me and I would explain myself if someone questioned why my spelling was so horrible and or informed me that I could use a search engine such as you did so this is my explanation.
I was not able to sleep at all last night, I babysat my neice and also had my son and my niece was not in a good mood and neither was my son so they had spent part of the morning seeing which one could out scream the other so it did not help my head. ( niece is 2 son is 20 months and they both have a very loud volume with no sign of a volume control button as of yet)
