I'm plagued by this from time to time. After the strange sensation my brain goes all irrational and I get anxious, maybe more like paranoid.

Happens more when I'm happy and not sleeping well. Scares me, ruins my day!

Anyone relate?

I get deja vu alot, not so much now but before I was dx I had deju monthly to weekly. It's not a symptom of any disorder and scientists are still trying to figure out what causes it and why it happens.

All of the time. Though I also get another weird experience. I'll just send the link to the original post.

Well, I think it could have something to do with sleeping patterns
Some days I have it a lot, but then it's mostly when I'm stressed out, I think. I also have sleep paralysis: not being able to move instantly when I'm actually awake and lying in my bed. That's also annoying. Do you have that to?

Otherwise, you could mention it to a doctor. I heard it's just the left brain part communicating the sight to the right, so you get the signal twice and feel like it's happened before.
