BEING OR HAVING A ILLNESS BIO POLAR I KNOW IT has ups and downs but what i try to do is continue seeking help..however i see my dr soon and feel I have been doing to much sheet therapy.....It makes me angry I know what to do..I am so excited to be able to talk..freely on this site!! THANKYOU ALL!! i hope to find people that can give some good advice we are all work in progress.. I guess xxoxo
