im so tired, havent slept in days and i mean that very literally. exhausted. but still manic.

Insideout, I too am feeling like that. Been about 3 days now. For me I feel like I am going uphill and once I hit, what is peak for me, I can tell I will be miserable for days to come. I hope you are doing ok.

Hey there -

I concur w/ Bear that you need to get a hold of your doctor. Being in an episode, as we know, is quite difficult. This could require a temporary modification in your meds or an overall change... In the meantime, feel free to let it all out if you want - just remember to get a hold of the doctor asap... Just hang in there and we're here ~ Niko

It must be the phase of the moon or something. Maybe the spring weather. Everyone seems to be having mixed episodes. Same here. I feel your pain so to speak. Take care.
