I have the same issue when hypo manic. I have tried to pinpoint the causes and found that many things contribute to the feeling of pressure. The therapist just call it a migraine but I've find that migraines are different in fact migraine are sometimes one of the triggers. There is one thing that I can't deny it has something to do with chemical imbalance.

In any case you’re not alone; there are others who experience the same feeling.
