Drink lots of water and take walks to get fresh air. Avoid eating carbohydrates. I have started to take a Multivitamin in the morning, as well as an energy supplement

I had the same problem with seroquel. sometime all I need is half a pill so when I do use them I start off with half a couple of hours before going to bed if it isn't enough a take the other half. It's easier to tell which dosage to take after you've done it for a while.
