I agree with BipolaRNurse you sound very manic. Personally I love the feeling of being full of energy and having that zest for life. However I also know about the repercussions of over doing it. If I let myself go too far it could end with the rubber band effect and through you into eather a mixed episode (common to me) or a depressed episode.

Please believe me I'm not trying to pop your bubble have fun dancing with the vacuum. I just wanted to throw that out there as a friendly reminder.

I only really get in the mood to clean when I'm really angry. How weird is that?

I clean when I'm stressed. Usually with loud, loud music.

Reminds me of when I was much younger and my husband worked the swing shift at the lumber mill. He'd come home some nights and find me washing the metal stairs around back at midnight, or spot-cleaning the carpet, or scrubbing the grout in the bathroom. Even now, when I get hypomanic I can spend a full 4 hours pressure-washing the front porch....my pdoc was amazed that anyone can pressure-wash a six-by-fifteen-foot concrete porch for that long. LOL!
