...what works best for me. With coffee for example..One cup is suffient..and Im sipping on the second thru out the day. Im glad that there are steps I can take to assist me in having a more calm and enjoyable day. YAY!

Good for you, grin! It's important to learn about ourselves and what works/doesn't work for each of us. We may all have the same basic diagnosis, but each one of us is different in how our body handles it.
