I'm not sure if it's my medications or the depressive state (or both), but my sex drive has tanked since I started treatment. Any suggestions for "keeping the spark alive" in my relationship while dealing with bipolar disorder?

My low sex drive is usually depression. I would go for a few months of not having sex with my partner. but everyone has needs and they need to be met. weather these needs are emotional of physical. i decided to make a strong effort not force myself but a strong effect to be proactive when it comes to love making when I am depressed.
