...I wasnt aware that they fluctuated SO much! I started on May 2nd..I was hypo from the 2nd thru the 18th..normal 19th~21st..yesterday "up" in the afternoon..today at my "baseline", again. How could I have blown this off or missed it?! All I can say is that denial is VERY powerful.
Thanks for this!

I think to the mood changes are normal to us so we tend to not notice the changes as much unless it is extreme. So don't feel alone. I take the depression and manic quizzes every so often just to see where I'm at. By the way, what mood chart are you using?

You can say THAT again!! I've been tracking my moods too, and over the past several weeks I've gone from OK to high, high, high Too bad they don't have a designation for "super"!

It's always very interesting to chart my moods. For me, I see a huge correlation between mood, sleep & exercise. I'm using the Optimism software, so I can also track other things like caffeine, diet and ill-health.

I've mostly been using the mania/depression tests here to track my moods. I take both at the same time to see where I am. I don't take them every day. At the moment it works better than a mood chart because I'm kind of all over the place. It does amaze me to see the changes. And it helps me to understand how I'm feeling when it comes back up.

I've never found a mood tracker that i can keep that really defines what I'm feeling, the tests work pretty good, though.

Whatever works best for you is the best way. Sounds like a good plan.
