At a standstill bipolar minds have 50x more thoughts that the average brain. Glimpse mania: imagine your thoughts cycling so fast that your head changes subjects every 5-10 seconds.
Our minds govern our universe. What we think is either what we are–or will become. Aside from mania and depression BP minds are acutely perceptive. The gift of this disorder can be absolute alignment of mind, body, spirit. The offspring is invention, manifestation, and creativity.

Thanks! That's really amazing!

I remember the first time I ever thought one thing at a time. It happened only once, which is why I remember it. I was about 18. I even looked at my friend and said, "It's so quiet. My thoughts slowed down."

lol bpnurse!!!! When I first started my meds I was totally shocked and almost scared when it slowed down my thoughts. It felt so strange and all along I thought this would be the calm I needed...I like my thoughts, they keep me less bored :P
