I'm gonna give myself a break today...

yeah I rapid cycled all through yesterday and can see it now but it took some freedom to let me see it.

it's 3am where I am at and I shoulda' hopped into bed hours ago but I was not satisfied with the yesterday ******** whatever it was my bipolar brain was not satisfied so...

I will forgive it!

it's my buddy best friend my little twisted all warpy brain and now I will let it rest on one of my 600 pillows

sometimes I just have to let it go....give it some space to play in my funny little twisted warpy brain it's ok now it will be all resty

and even though the panic will arrive as it usually does later I intend to tell it where to go as I must...

nite all...

awesome people

love...monkey

Yes, keep pushing the boundaries of the blackness until they disappear. And we sweat a little trying; I know, so take care.
