I have been getting these for a while now, and was curious to see if any of you have experienced anything similar. During my "normal" periods (not hypo, not depressed) I find that I frequently get these quick sudden bursts of adrenaline, or energy. I guess if I were to describe the feeling, it's similar to that tingly feeling you get when you go down a hill on a roller coaster that makes you want to cringe, laugh, and scream at the same time. It's like that, but less severe.

I don't know if it's related to bipolar, and it's hard for me to describe what it even is. My therapist said it's likely a product of my ever shifting moods, as I often get short bursts of depression as well. I've just been experiencing this for a while, and am really curious as to what causes this. Does this sound familiar to any of you?

Thanks!

I get these, but probably because of the amount of coffee I drink...
Is it kind of a fluttery-heart, almost breathless energy?
