Asked to see another Psych. Regret this now - starting new with someone, not confronting issues with current Psych etc. On the other hand, new Psych = new start maybe.

I want to ask my Social Worker about changing it back to former Psych again. Dead embarrassed though.

I'm down about the amount of support I get - I think it's overkill. I'm down about the support I won't get if I take a break and have an emergency. Appointment is on the 15th (Social Worker). I have three options:

1) Don't attend
2) Attend - explain above and discuss option to break
3) Attend - don't explain Dr thing and just option to break

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! x

Personally, I would go with option 2. even though embarrassing, it is always best to be totally honest. Also, the SW could remind you of anything you may be missing before taking a break, or give you extra resources or something. Plus, I've noticed that people start worrying when someone doesn't show up for appointments and such.
I hope that helped
