some of you may have all ready heard it, it's by the lead singer of a band called blue october

he's bipolar as well, and i think this song is a real good way to look at it all

if you want, add your songs.. and we could do like a positive song exchange.

Well.. I'm not much for motivational music. I usually listen to bands like Crystal Method, Korn, FFDP, Evanescence, etc.. But... when I'm tired of my usual playlist and looking for something that picks me up... I listen to this and it always makes me feel better.

i'm a huge Evanescence fan, mainly because amy lee's voice has such a good range on it.

i don't like motivational stuff either, but that particular song i shared i always find to be quite catchy
