My youngest was 6 when the boychoir sang this. I added pix of my kids when they were younger. So cute! The director is yelling things like "Sing! Sing!" and "Yep! Yep" or "Nope! Nope!" and "C'mon! Let's go!" It does seem to have an effect.

This was a few years later. Not as cute as the first, and not perfect but oh to be young again.
