I am a member at livestrong.com and I can go there and really get into deep discussions with serious people about the subject matter. But I do not want to spend the time. So maybe someone can recommend an easy to use model that would be readable by machines at the gym and can also be used in biking on the road. I need a fairly wide strap. No other requirements, as far as I am concerned.

I have noticed that elevated HR helps with anxiety and I want to make sure I spend 30 mins in the target zone daily, preferably at the top margin of the zone.
