My best childhood friend is a Naturopath Doctor, we just had the following conversation.
me: What is the naturopathic treatment for bipolar? him: There's a natural form of lithium called lithium orotate. Sadly though it's not easy to treat...every girl I have ever fallen in love with has had bi-polar 2. And my first love (you) has it too. There's no good cure. Just about managing the waves...being around the right kind of people...etc me: what are the right kind of people? him: Hahaha. Excellent question. People who know you well...positive people...people who make you laugh...anyone who gets you I guess if anyone does Patient people Maybe these people don't exist ![]() |

Eh, it's true you don't want to fill your life with people who will bring you down, must choose your friends wisely and sometimes you need to choose to remove certain people from your life but, putting so much in others is silly. You're going to run into plenty of people who you'd rather not know in life. It's best to learn how to deal with them without being brought down by them.

singing ~don't bring me down bru-uce~
hahahaha ![]() another wrong type of person to hang around would be those from my past that still want to do hard drugs and party all the time. not that i'm fragile and need to live in a bubble-ball, but i do need be aware about who i let in my space. sure, there are public places i have to go sometimes and can't just be yelling at all the ****ing annoying people. this is where *resilience* needs to be practiced. i gotta let those bad vibes just roll off my back like water off a duck. get my food from the store and get out of there. |
