I sleep very late (around 3-4) but I'm not working so I still sleep about 8-10 hours a day. When I'm doing stuff during the day I will sleep around 1.

I usually go to bed around 3 am. And I wake up around 6:30 or 7 am. Seems to be enough sleep for me most of the time. Lately it's been more like 4:30-5 am and waking around 7. I'm not really liking that business at all. I am getting old, can't hack it anymore.

Haha, H-B, I need to re-vote! Didn't see the "do not have a routine" until after voting. That'd be me alright. But the 1:30-3 fits well enough.

I'm a night person. Right around 7 p.m. or so is when I start to feel energetic and awake. But of course I have to get up early for work, so now I start feeling sleepy at about 10:30 but I often stay up until 11:30 or 12:00 because I am resentful that I'm at work all day and I don't get time for me. And although I get 6.5 -7 hours sleep, waking up at 6:30 is a struggle for me, because it's the wrong time to wake up for my body.

Back when I didn't need to work my sleep schedule was like 3:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

I sleep from anywhere between 1am & 4am, though the latter is usually more often. But I always get between 6 1/2 & 8 hours of sleep since my boyfriend has a late afternoon work schedule. My insomnia doesn't seem to hit me as often as it used to, knock on wood! And oddly enough, sleep doesn't have the same effect it used to on my BP symptoms. Rather, the amount of sleep I get depends on the BP. If I'm depressed or in a mixed/predominantly-depressed state, I can sleep about 14... But I get in those extra hours taking naps while he's at work.

I usually go to bed around 3am. But like tonight I am sabotaging my sleep by drinking coffee and pop... SO I may go to bed much later, maybe when the sun comes up. Not like I have much to do tomorrow anyways.

I've always had problems with sleeping. I usually fall asleep around four or five, up by eight. Sometimes I don't sleep at all.

I get up at 9:30pm every night. Usually only average about 6-8 hours because I wake up from nightmares so much. I've always preferred to be up at night and sleep during the day. Everything just seems safer at night..more peaceful.

It occured to me yesterday that the place I've been the last couple of weeks is so flippin' hot (I do not handle heat or sun well at all) that I realized I should probably reverse day and night altogether. The days have found me flipping from near-catonic with depression to extreme irritability and rage (fun stuff). Nights with their (relative) coolness have been the only times I've managed to think straight or deal at all. No job, so.... very tempting. Coming close already with 4 am bedtimes becoming the norm (and 6 or 7 sounding even better). Hey, with normally being a night energy person, as long as it's moderately consistent, right?
