it's quiet...it's dark...all the real activity is half a planet away.
in much the same way I seem to understand depression more than mania I don't understand mania at all! depression makes sense, wish it didn't...the night makes sense...glad it does nite |

I like the night too, James. It is my time of no expectations. What has been done in the day is done and I can finally stop stressing about it. It is my time to just be. But it is always way too short and soon after I feel the relief of night it is time to lay in bed and play my kindle fire. That is my routine. Play for one hour and off to vivid dream land.
I would love to live in northern Alaska so I could have the six month season of night. even though it would be time to be up and doing stuff, I think I could capture that calming sense of night. |

my psymptoms are usually much worse for me at night so i guess i prefer the afternoon.
though at the moment nothing makes sense... suffering so bad |

ok too. trying to motivate to get to work still. did some work remotely, but have to go to office. im feeling that anxiety wall, don't want to leave house. another great thing about night, don't have to leave house usually.
