The American Cancer Society may be able to help, you can find out if they know of any support programs for family members that have lost loved ones. I'd say he needs therapy to cope with his loss and hopefully he is being treated for the BP/ADHD. Depending on where you live you might find local resources.

hi jane, welcome. i'm sorry for loss of your sister and watching your nephew suffer. plus it's so taxing on us watching our kids/family going through so much pain and madness. my 16 yr old son has same dx bipolar/adhd .. and addiction issues. i'd imagine showing no emotion would be a survival skill in jail. when does he get out? will he live with you?
