nothing makes sense or really matters to me I dont know what it is but I wish it could just disappear I feel like i dont belong i feel fat and ugly although ppl tell me different pc is basically my support network and my higher power of course, i dont know if its bipolar depression i dont know if its the redbull i drink every other day but basically i energetic then i am down and i was wondering if any of you ever experienced this

thx blueinanna i do get some light excersise lately i been questioning everything in life i guess it could be the bipolar 1 disorder i could chalk it up to that thank you for replying

I have certainly felt that way, and find myself struggling again now.

Q: Do you tend to become less stable as Summer gives way to Autumn and the dark half of of the year? I know for me, I always seem to to start struggling as soon as the air changes and the darkness begins to increase...

yes i tend to get less stable with seasons change but i never knew seasons could do that to you, i just feel like a yo yo or sometimes just like at a standstill and everything around me just moves normally or sometimes i feel everything is very slow around me and im racing and ppl and things cannot catch up with me its really exhausting im gonna try and see my pdoc this week im getting a bit more anxiety as well
