Yes, that's right, it's been way too long!!

Soo... What have you done for your self lately? Let's talk about it! Let's celebrate it! Don't matter if it was small or large you think it is, as long as it was positive for you. Don't want to let these things pass by us unnoticed, that's no good.

Not gonna lie, I could use a little inspiration, and motivation myself right now.

I bought myself a laptop. Its also an insurance policy- I cant let the little (sometimes not so little) negative voices in my head get me down and make me give up getting my degree c I have to justify such a big expense in our tight budget!

Good for you MommaR, no you can't let those nasty negative voices get in the way of your dreams, they'll just have to learn to take the back seat this time. Ohh plus I just saw your other thread, that was probably a good move for you, I'm sure that took a lot of courage! On the list as well!

I hope you enjoy your new laptop as well, ohh I love getting new shiny things with buttons, even better!
Plus you came to PC hehe, and we are glad to have you.

I took a long walk. Briskly! I had to really push myself to start, but after I had been half-way though, it became thoroughly enjoyable.

I cooked.

I cleaned kitty litter (for me it is a big enough step to put it as a "stay well strategy" in Optimism Online ).

I came here .

Had an official Sunday morning lie-in... even tho I was awake much too early, I made myself go back to sleep. As you folks know, I can use all the sleep I can get. Also, I ate 3 meals, on time! Didnt wait untill I was doubling over from nausea to realize I'm hungry. Yes,weird, still suck at figuring out weather I'm hungry or greedy...Also, I weighed myself, and even tho I sadly haven't picked up the kilos I wanted, I'm proud to report that my weight is steady!!! Oooh oooh, and I painted my toenails black

I have read someplace that steady weight is the best. It does not matter what it is as long as it is steady.

I went out with a girlfriend last night, she bought me sushi! Then we went to see our friends band playing by the beach at a club. I danced my *** off! The drummer winkin at me while they play "she's a brick house" rofl There were women all sizes there, and smiling, happy, and we're all damn hot because we're women! I've decided to embrace my curves, no more time to waste on hating that i'm not short and tiny, it's really not gonna happen for me. And I danced with a crazy, fun, and short European guy named Eros - yea like the god of love, I swear he had to be an alien, and nobody around here would wear an all white outfit and smile non-stop. He invited me for a massage and place to stay, but I was a good girl and the driver. So very fun, interesting, aerobic evening and I didn't do anything I regret this time!

Went with my husband to NYC (live only hour away) and got dinner and saw a comedy show. Ate Good and Plentys til I wanted to puke. Then kept reading Fifty Shades if Grey til I couldn't keep eyes open anymore :-)

I've stayed consistant with monitoring my reactions to my feelings. Big step for me. I've sort of become obsessed with doing this cuz it makes a huge difference for me in my life
