Today has been a very bad day. Full of confused emotions. I really dont know how to explain it but i am scared.

When I'm anxious I ask myself, am I anxious about something I can do something about or something happening any way? Then I focus on doing something or accepting something.
Of course, my brain will still be a ****ing asshole in the background. I swear I hear some of my thoughts rather than thinking them. |

Well you are facing homelessness if the decision is not favorable - WHO would NOT be scared? It is not a disease symptom but an unfortunate circumstance.

Sometimes a hug and support is the best we can offer. Life is in the day. Tomorrow is a brand new one. I hope it's better. You may be by yourself but you aren't alone in this

((((tallwaters))))) you have been through such high stress with the hearing, and now the uncertainty of waiting for an answer. this is a lot going on, but you're working through it, doing the right things like journaling, reaching out for support. things will hopefully look up after a night of sleep, tomorrow's a new day. do you like tea, can you drink some relaxing type? and things to self-comfort are good, i like my cats and my fluffy bed.
