I am so uncomfortable. I was hypo before my ssi hearing then turned to this is it a mixed type thing?

How long do you need to wait for the decision? Your anxiety is situational: it stems from great uncertainty. I would not worry too much about the terminology.

I get the same way. I have always called it "active depression". Same thing. be safe, ok? I know how this feels and I have not always dealt with it good. feeling this way was the reason I used to cut, so i know that it can lead people to do some really destructive things. so just take each hour at a time, ok? take care of yourself.
