This is so annoying!

My brain is already being an annoyance. No sleep, again? It will annoy me even more!

Last night I slept lots. The day before? Maybe 2 hours, wasn't tired.

Brain **** off and sleep!

Since you are too thin, I would recommend 10-12.5 mg Elavil, but you cannot get it now anyway.

Have you tried mint tea, chamomile, or other herbs that can help you sleep? Sometimes warm milk helps. It has a chemical in it that helps make you sleepy. It's also found in turkey and other foods. It's why we feel so sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner. It's worth researching. It's good that you actually want to sleep. Hang in there

Lol of course!

When I get like this even prescription drugs don't always work to get me sleepy but, I'm not even getting those right now. Seeing a doctor isn't worth my time right now.

So, I'll complain with little hope of a solution...ever. My brain clicks into awake mode, that's where I am. It is such a faulty product. Accept there isn't any way to avoid such phases and learn to cope.

As one bp software engineer once told me, this disease is not even a software defect of the brain, it is a hardware defect
