stress and pressure, even over something that is good. Ugh, I understand. I get that way too over bad and good stressors.

I am that way over everything any kind of family get togethers, doctor appointments anything that is out of the daily norm. Its not that uncommon. I only feel my best when I dont have anything out of my daily routine going on. Its change that kicks my butt and throws me off.

it builds and builds and builds.. next thing I know, right before I break my defenses kick in and I stop caring and I go into this weird, excited state and release all of my tension. It's weird, and maybe it's hypo kicking in, but hypo as a defense mechanism? maybe so or maybe it's just like hypo IDk (I don't know), but whatever it is, do you ever feel the same way?
