Is being social hard for everyone, or at least some of the time? I find myself becoming more aware of my behavior around my family I feel I have nothing in common with them and draw inside myself and close off people. For example it's my brothers birthday and I want to just go live in my room.

No, being social is not hard for everyone. It is hard for some people and easy for others. Also it can depend on the mood of an individual person.

Yeah I just find that dealing with family can be difficult. Especially when you feel like nothing.

I love socialising. Since my bipolar started gettin worse, I havnt been able to socialise as I'm moved around and sent in hospitals
 Now whenever I do talk to people my age, I get super excited and hyper and talk fast like a golden retriever and they think I'm weird. But everyone loves setso! |

It depends upon my mood.
Sometimes I isolate but then realize what I really needed was to socialize. I usually feel better when I'm social but then again sometimes it drains me to be around people.
