So I am mentally checked out today.

I don't know if it is because I only have three more days working for my current employer or what. I am a little all over the place today, too. Feeling totally unmotivated. I am supposed to go to a one-on-one at a new yoga studio today after work and I am thinking about canceling. I know I should go because it has been too long and i am getting fat and have been overeating and smoking too many trees

I think I am feeling a little depressed. I am not so much feeling sad as I am feeling nothing. Just kind of blah.

I have to go out to lunch now with a sales rep for my goodbye luncheon and I don't wanna go. I just wanna go home and get into my sweats. I hate being this way...

Tree, this is off the subject, but I did respond privately to your message and wonder if you got it? I'm so new here and make so many errors in trying to respond to people. I have even sent messages to myself ! But I'm learning.

Hope you're feeling better this afternoon.

Cleaning up loose ends is part of moving on. Do it. Go to the lunch, be professional about that, leave professionally. Do it because you can.

Definitely go to yoga ... That is for you. All for you. Deep breath ... Hold it ... Slow exhale.

New beginnings deserve clean, polished endings and healthy, full-breath beginnings. Give it your all because you deserve this.

I agree try your best to take care of everything and you may feel better once its all done. I think this is the time for the blahs as my entire family and I are rather blah. But try your best to have a good day and it may turn around.

Thanks, Roadie. I appreciate it.

The breathing was a nice reminder. I needed that.

I did the lunch- it was actually very nice- we did not talk about work at all. It was fine. And I had florentine eggs benedict. it was good...i can feel my butt growing as a result of eating it but whatever- I am going into sweats when I get home anyway

Haven't made up my mind on the yoga yet but I am going to give it some serious consideration.

You are doing really well- I can relate to the leaving the job check out. I always called it "last week-itis" second only to "vacation-itis"...
