So I'm just coming down from a hypomanic episode, and for once I'm managing to do it somewhat gracefully without too much depression. At least, kind of. I've noticed that while I'm not depressed mentally, my body is still feeling some of the effects of depression. Has anyone else experienced this? Where you're not having depressive thoughts, or really even a depressed mood, but you still feel it in your body?
