I thought some of you might enjoy or need this, if you like what you hear Dr.Jon Kabot-Zinn has many more full length videos on mindfulness on youtube, some walk you through some practice as well. He also has a lot of good books.

, sort of an intro.

If you like this, and would like to see and learn more I'll gladly dig some links up.

Oh, yes, he's terrific! Work with his books and videos a lot ... also read Thich Nhat Hanh & love his soft-spoken speech.

I'm so glad we have another connection ... But neither of us seem to be flourishing. Have you started work yet. I think of you all the time with much concern. I think of me with much concern too ! ! LMAO

A short video, that is worth your watch :)

I was just watching some of his stuff again, cause I need a refresher from time to time. I am still waiting on the call, they put the date back to november, then two days ago got an email saying it could be any day. So just wait and be ready.

Oh I have been meaning to read some Thich Nhat Hanh, no better time than now. Do you suggest any thing specific?

I have been doing pretty good, no need to worry Roadie. I am still on track, I had a little blip but it's all A ok. I've been working on preparing myself for work, making sure I have proper clothing and am working on finding proper shoes. Even got my self a snazy lunch box, a bento meal box. I hope my lunch box doesn't make me the new nerd at work, but pfft. I like it.

I think of you all the time, with much love, respect, and admiration! And some concern, although I have to say, I have faith in roadie to know when and how she needs to be looked after, that is true. I think maybe we are flourishing, in unique ways.

You know ... I think you're right!
His work on Anger amazed me, not what youd expect. Not roaring anger, the quiet, not know it was there kind to a large extent. Well worth knowing.
Love, sweet woman.
