For me its a sign of depression. My anxiety was up this morning also. Whenever i have stress like i did a few days ago there is always a fallout. It may take a few days but it comes. I am not very good with stress.

I feel like I'm going down hill too! Trying to be positive but, if I must I'll race you to the bottom of the hill.

I say the same thing sometimes then, I say, is this bipolar disorder idea better than questionable? Step two (treatment) certainly wasn't for me.

stress is the weirdest thing for me to understand...

I just don't!

it's like a huge elastic band stretched way tight and then it might just SNAP...

...or FLING!....right off into the distance...!

and then I gotta deal with the worry crap which way and what it will do to me

it's all the same snap fling crap!

and after either which whatever way which what it did or didn't do the stress?

I fall apart for a while and there is some freedom in that

it's like I need the damn thing??!

to function even when it's 'dys' or 'mal'

Hi,
I have a few gentle suggestions. I'm not sure if you have heard of WRAP (Wellness Action Recovery Plan) by Mary Ellen Copeland. Many community mental health centers offer it (www.wrapandrecoverybooks.com). You can also ask about Bridges. I watch webinars about WRAP on YouTube and find them very helpful.

Another author that has a wellness system is Julie A. Fast. She is on YouTube as well. Julie's website is www.biploarhappens.com.

I wish you hope, recovery and wellness
