I just wanted to say I've been away due to a severe bout of bi polar depression.Having spent 8 weeks in hospital I can now see the full lightness surrounding me.So for anyone reading this post who may be severely drowning in darkness there is hope and light that will surround you don't give up

Thanks for a positive post it I'm sure will help people realize there is light at the end of the tunnel even though it doesn't feel like it now. I'm glad to hear your doing better. That's great it seems like your hospital stay was helpful!

Mel! Welcome back from the hospital. 8 Weeks must feel like an eternity. I'm so glad you are back out of the horribly oppressive stuff and into the light and bright again.

I hope you continue along the road to stability and sunshine.

Welcome back Mel, I too am a bit new here, but glad to see the encouragement that you offer. I'm getting ready to finish up 2 weeks in a partial hospitalization due to an adverse affect of a new medication. Thanks for the hope!
