I'm having a horrible time with sleep lately. I haven't posted in a few days, just kinda hanging in there. My pdoc gave me something to sleep, but it hasn't helped. I've been sleeping restlessly. This is really messing with my head. Today I've been hearing voices and I asked my wife a crazy question about visiting me in prison. I just feel like I'm at a loss. I'm watching reruns of "Friends". sorry this is so jumbled with thoughts, but that's where my mind is at this present moment, all over the place. On a positive note, I'm not having suicidal thoughts or feelings. consider me at a loss for words. Hope everyone is doing well...

Your signature does not list what you are using for sleep now that is not helping.

I am sorry to hear that.
Maybe your medication will have to be ajusted.
If you have suicidal thought, you should call a crisis line or go to the hospital, but like you said, it is not the case, so anyways, I wish you the best!
