I was wking on an assignment online earlier- timed- and the kids were running and yelling and my right arm went numb, I felt the bp in my neck and head so bad I thought an artery might burst and I felt dizzy. I recovered after a few seconds and all I have left over is a bad headache. I never had high bp at all until recently but last 2 visits to my dr my bp was high enough that they made me stay until it went back down.

Wow, I can see why that would worry you. I get really paranoid about things like that too, I always think of the worst thing possible that could happen. Hopefully your headache goes away really soon!

You're talking about blood pressure, right?

Let's hope it's stress--but could be some much more serious conditions. Blood clots blague your family? Have you had a recent injury in the area of your neck/right shoulder/upper right arm?

You need to have this checked out by your MD & if you don't have access to a basic blood pressure monitor, invest in one. It that's not possible, ask whether you could stop by your doctor's office twice a week for a quick check.
