Did you gain weight initially? If so, chances are it will for the simple reason that meds can adjust the body's weight regulating mechanism called the set-point that is what you weigh without dieting and excess exercising. It's like turning the thermostat on your furnace up or down. It runs or stays off until the room has reached the new desired temperature. Same with the adjustment to the set-point. If the meds increase it, you will be hungry and gain until your body reaches the new weight, and vice versa; if it lowers it, you won't be hungry or want to eat until you lose down to the new weight.
