I noticed that I've neglected to respond to replies on some posts of I've made recently. I've been posting a lot about my wife and I, as you probably know. Things are going much better than they have in months. We are in therapy, finally, and we both agree that we are sick of this feeling of separation between us. We want to work out our differences and we both have no doubt that we can. It's going to be a lot of work, but I think it's worth it. There are no perfect relationships and 21 years of marriage can't come for free. It's like anything worth having, sometimes you have to work hard to hold onto it. What matters most is that we do love each other, we just do it imperfectly. Anyway, I just want to thank all of you for the support you've given me through this. Last summer I tried to commit suicide because I couldn't handle the stress any longer. I felt so alone with it all. You guys have helped me to not feel so alone in this, or any other aspect of the crazy s**t that goes on in my head. Thanks! I hope I may be as helpful as you have been to me.

Everyone needs support now and then. Sometimes you find hope in weird places, like in a room full of people with bipolar... I'm so happy you and your wife are working things out!
