My mind is racing and finding it hard to focus but I have to get thru this! Ugh! If i'm not around much til end of month, yall will know why. Love you all so much and don't think I woulda made it last couple months if I hadnt found this group. I know I would haven't had courage to go back on meds and while I am not feling the effects of the meds yet bc my pdoc wants to up me into them so slowly, just knowing I am taking them I feel hope and I am proud of myself for not throwing in the towel. I couldn't have done any of that w/out encouragement here.
