I wish I liked yogurt, can't get over the smell! I was manager of dairy dept. for many yrs, kind of ruined me as far as dairy, lol. I love lithium, it's always been good to me, as long as I take it, haha. Yes, I do shake, sometimes can't get a glass to my mouth, it's worth it, to keep me nice and even.
