Haha, what a funny title! Anyway, I am glad because my mom doesn't have many rules and my dad drank a little (which makes him relax) so they are chill right now. Which, is good on my part because even thoughts it's 11:00 at night, I still wanted hot chocolate. And they actually let me make it, they even let me use the fancy machine for it! And it's funny because the whole time I was making it, my dad was taking to me and my little brother about our dog, instead of making us go to bed. I really wanted to just do something because all of the sudden I came out of a depressive phase and into a hypomanic one, so I feel so alive! It feels awesome, it is so nice to be able to have a high mood after being stressed for a long time. It totally take the edge off of everything that's happening. Also, you get to laugh a lot more, and who doesn't like laughing?! But, I just wanted to let you all know, I was able to make hot chocolate.

PS I am eating dark chocolate now in an attempt to raise my blood pressure - chocolate has some caffeine in it.

Well, what you do is you put in the milk or water, what ever liquid you use, and then the powder stuff. Then you just turn it on and it stirs and heats it up for you, also it turns off automatically so you can just leave and come back a few minutes later to get it. I am so glad that I made my parents get it a few years ago.

I think it is helping - at least I can lift my head off the floor and type.

I can't help but think... what a perfect time to talk about what you are going through! To tell them about your moods and ask for some help!

Today is a good day for hot chocolate. Here it is very cold and snowy. At work we have a machine that makes hot chocolate. It's part of the coffee machine. It mixes the hot water with chocolate syrup. However, it's very strong and not the best hot chocolate. But it's free and if you add extra water it is not too bad.

That doesn't sound too bad actually, and it's probably going to snow pretty soon where I live too.
