I am at a loss. I have no idea what to do with myself! Everything is so damn constant! Does it ever shut up! EVER! Everything is just so frustrating and I just don't want to have my up or downs i just want to be ---------------- caLmmMmmm. URRRggAAAAHHH

Do you know any breathing exercises? I know it's hard when the irritation and frustration really take told.
