It's a bit slow on here today, so Im trying to spice things up a bit. (has anyone noticed most of the posts are made in the early AM eastern time? like 1-4 AM is the busiest, ha!)
Do you guys find the DailyMood feature of this forum to be helpful? I just discovered it yesterday, funny how things can go unnoticed. What do your mood charts look like? a rollercoaster? a heart monitor? Anyone bipoilar flatlines? (as if! Maybe on the perfect med cocktail)

I don't use the daily mood on here anymore. It's more complicated than good/bad/mixed. I think I need something that says:

manic psychotic
manic euphoric
manic dysphoric
hypomanic
happy
ok
bored
sad
lonely
depressed but functioning
depressed violent
depressed can't move

some ideas lol I do use the Optimism software somewhat, but it bores me, I could probably customize it to work better for me.

You select how you feel each day/other interval and it makes a graph of lows and highs for you. It's pretty simplistic.

I don't generally use it except if something dramatically changes. So others here will know.

Live and learn - I have been here for over a year and have not paid attention. But I in general have a level mood these days, so I'd get bored anyway if I were to use it.
