crashed majorly this morning after that high.
feeling today like my whole soul's been ripped out and their's nothing their... i feel empty isn't crashing just the worst feeling in the world? |

I'll come sit with you. I'm in the same place. I have yet to come to terms with it peacefully and be able to ride it out without getting myself so worked up.
But try and look back and see how many times you've gotten through this in the past - it does pass
