This is hard to explain, and I am not sure I can concentrate enough to make it coherent, but I have been "off" for maybe four days now -- but taking my meds -- and I didn't think I was acting any different but ...

After spending this weekend alone in my apartment, today, I had three friends ask me, "Are you ok?"

I must have been acting strange for them to ask that.

I feel like I really am crazy when things like this happen -- or that the gap between my brain and the rest of the world is widening.

Does this ever happen to anyone else?

I think it happens to everyone. I have even been asked at work when I thought that I was at my most professional and "together". Sometimes it isn't that you are acting strange or crazy. You might just look really sad or something.

Hope you feel better soon.

Do you trust any of these friends enough to ask them what makes them ask?

YES! I hate it when that happens. It's not such a big deal the first person to ask, but then the second seems weird and the third is like, "AAAAHHHH I don't get it!" lol. I've had days that everyone asked me and I still don't understand how I was acting different then as I am now. makes me feel crazy too.

don't get me started on this.

with me, people ask me all the time if i'm okay- but never wait to hear a response.

Yeah, I get asked that but not as much as I did when I was younger. I find as I get older people tend to ignore me more.

Yes, and I used to get really paranoid thinking, "What the h.. am I doing that makes you ask?" Of course! Even when I am down, I try to never let on-I don't want to ever share my personal business with people who really don't care anyway.

I STILL get paranoid like that when this happens. I often don't recognize when I'm 'off' and go around thinking everything's perfectly normal, and it pisses me off when other people can see that it's not. You'd think I should be the first to know when something's not right with me, but no......
