I feel so relieved that it is finally done, and she knows how I've been feeling. She, like other people, has the "stereo type" version of bipolar disorder in her head (like some of you told me about) But, she said that she is not going against how I feel about it, because she doesn't know everything about it.
She says that she remembers feeling similar to how I described I was feeling when she was a teenager and as an adult too.
She also says that the thing that concerns her the most is the things i saw in my room .. which is COMPLETELY understandable..

She says that she is glad I felt that I could come to her with all of this, even if it couldn't be face to face, like she would like it to have been.
She says if I would feel better talking to a professional than she will do whatever I need.

..and she said more stuff too, but I don't feel like typing all of it right now..

I'm just relieved that she is on my side with all of this.

I am so proud of you! I am really glad that everything went well. That took a lot of courage, and you did it. You have totally inspired me, I definitely going to tell my parents tonight. This is great!

You go girl!!! so happy for you and very proud of you for being so courageous! so you talked online instead of face to face? I'm glad that she is supportive. One step closer to getting help and that's really great. keep us posted.

I'm so happy for you! Now that your mom is aware the two of you can research bipolar together and discuss how you feel vs. symptoms (like explain them to her when you go through the symptom list and how you experience them.) This will help educate her and help relieve the stereotype.

This is a great gift for you!
