Talked to my t about my risky behaviour for about half the time. I just don't think what I do is risky. I think like a teenager and I am way way past that.
I've been lucky she says. Lucky that I haven't been hurt too bad.

Oh I can sooo relate. My husband tells me I have the maturity of a 16 yr old. I don't think things through just jump right in head first no matter the consequences. I feel like I have the same issues as I did at that age. Things like worrying what others think of me, social phobias, and just reacting to serious issues with immaturity. I feel that I too have been very lucky!
