I don't know, if your already on double zyprexa can your dosage be increase any further?

I don't know anything about zyprexa but calling is probably good. I know you were having irritation earlier in the week, too. maybe related?

I was taking one pill a day Through my mania including when I quit meds. Then when I went back on it was at 2 pills a day.
I wasn't feeling hyper, anxious or upset when I heard the voices. They never seem to be while I'm in a "mood".

Hmmm... that is what you need to track. If they are outside mood then your doctor really needs to know that.

I looked up scizo affective. It's a lot like bipolar. Confusing.

Yeah, schizoaffective is a lot like bipolar. I think it's like bipolar + schizophrenia instead of like bipolar with psychotic features where you have some psychosis during mood cycles. At least that's what I understand, because it is confusing. This is actually one of my big questions about myself and my past, but since it's the past I don't know if I'll ever know unless I ever have a huge psychotic episode like that again (lasted 5 years! At least, it might have been 6, started when I was 18/19, and ended sometime between when I was 25-26....)
Maybe discuss this questions with your doctor. There are other symptoms of schizoaffective that are more like schizophrenia, I think, that they will look for.

Pdoc called. Said to continue as I am until I see her on the 14th. Call of voices tell me to do things or call emergency.

I hope things get better with your hallucinations. I have hallucinated a couple of times and it is not fun. I didn't hear voices just sounds. I have schizoaffective disorder as well as Bipolar rapid cycling as well as others. keep your chin up and hopefully things will get better
