How do you guys sleep when you get this hyper?? It's 1 AM and I'm not tired at all! I think I'm too hyper for my own good and I don't know how to make myself tired lol. errghh.

Meditate, watch dvd, listen to music or take some meds that "put you down"....

No use of counting sheep... specially when ADD kicks in...
one sheep, two sheep, a dog, hey a bird, a desk, oouuhh a cute kitten...
if you know what I mean hehehe

Insomnia... yup that's not fun at all. That's the whole lack of sleep but not feeling tired issue. I hate it. I recommend sitting in a quiet place with the lights off and do something quiet. Like read articles online or look at funny pictures. Nothing too exciting. Or play puzzle games. I like match 3 games that are fast paced, like Jewel Quest type games. They don't require much concentration and the clicking helps keep me from fidgeting.
