So today I experienced something that I have not experienced ever before. I found myself pacing around my house, not being able to stop, not being able to focus my attention on anything. I could not stop pacing, walking around my house. I started crying because I couldn't stop. Eventually I sent my husband a text and he suggested that I try and do a word search. (This book of word searches that he bought me have helped me so much to focus). So I was able to sit down and do 6 of them. Then I became completely exhausted and fell asleep.

I don't know what happened. A few times in the past I have found myself pacing when I am talking, but never like this.

Any ideas?

Oh I do this a lot. Pacing and rocking. It's mostly when I am aggitated and more manic. I also tend to talk to myself a lot (like more than normal) when this happenes.
